The initial service is custom fit to match your pest needs. The standard service includes:

Yes, each service has a service agreement outlining:
- your service guarantee
- our commitment to you
- the pests you want to target
The length of your agreement is determined by your pest goals and available plans. Most of our clients start on a 12 month starter plan to experience the benefits of addressing pests in each season of their reproductive cycle.
For most plans, we ask that you provide 30 days notice so that technician’s routes can be adjusted to provide each of them with a full time route they can plan their life around. If you start service with part of a promotion that includes a discount, cancellation can occur with the same 30 day notice after the completion of the starter plan term.
Always remember that if there is a concern with service, your service includes our service guarantee so just give us a call to get any extra help you need.
Payments for service are done on a monthly subscription basis to keep your life simple and predictable.
