EnviRx Pest Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a residential pest control company based in Houston, Texas. We are committed to being straightforward about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains our practices for information collected through our website, online scheduling tools, payment systems, email and text communications, and social media pages.

Information You Provide Directly

- Service information: property type, pest concerns, access instructions, and notes you share when requesting or scheduling service
- Payment information: credit card numbers, billing address, and ACH/bank account details for autopay enrollment. Payment data is processed through our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
- Account credentials: username and password if you create an online account
- Communications: messages, emails, texts, or voicemails you send us
- Reviews and feedback: ratings, comments, or testimonials you submit voluntarily
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, time spent on pages, and referring URLs

- Maintaining service records and application documentation as required by the Texas Department of Agriculture

Marketing and Communications

- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any text, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications related to your active service.

- Complying with applicable Texas and federal laws, including pesticide application recordkeeping requirements under the Texas Structural Pest Control Act
- Responding to lawful requests from government authorities or courts
- Enforcing our service agreements and protecting our legal rights
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers
We work with third-party vendors who help us operate our business. These include:
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Square, or similar) to handle credit card and ACH transactions
- Field service management software to manage scheduling, routing, and service records
- Email and SMS communication platforms to send service confirmations and notifications
- Review management platforms to facilitate customer review requests
- Website hosting, analytics, and security providers
These vendors are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to us and may not use it for their own marketing or share it with others. We select vendors who maintain reasonable data security practices.
Business Transfers
If EnviRx Pest Solutions is acquired, merges with another company, or transfers its customer accounts to a successor pest control operator, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in writing before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy, consistent with the assignment terms in your service agreement.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4. Text Message and Email Communications
By providing your phone number or email address and requesting service, you consent to receive transactional communications from us related to your account, including appointment confirmations, technician notifications, payment receipts, and service updates.
- Text messages: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and account activity. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Marketing texts and emails: We will only send promotional communications if you have affirmatively opted in. Opt-out instructions are included in every marketing message.
- We do not share your phone number or email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- Our text and email communications comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. If you believe you have received a communication in error, please contact us immediately.
5. Payment Information and Security
Your financial security is important to us. All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account numbers on our servers or in our service management software.
- Autopay enrollment: When you enroll in autopay, your payment method is securely tokenized by our payment processor. We store only the token reference, the last four digits of your card, and the card type for your account records.
- Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
- Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to using industry-standard protections.
6. Social Media Pages
We maintain business pages on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and Nextdoor. The following applies to your interactions with those pages:
- Public posts, comments, and reviews you leave on our social media pages are visible to the public and governed by the respective platform’s terms of service and privacy policy.
- Direct messages you send to our social media accounts are received and responded to by our team. We may retain those communications for customer service and quality assurance purposes.
- We may use comments, reviews, or feedback shared publicly on our pages in our marketing materials. We will not identify you by name in any marketing content without your consent.
- We do not control the data practices of social media platforms. Facebook, Instagram, Google, Nextdoor, and similar platforms collect their own data about your interactions. Please review each platform’s privacy policy for details.
- We may use social media advertising tools, including custom audiences and lookalike audiences, to show relevant ads to people who may be interested in our services. These tools use data provided to the platform by users, not personal data we directly share. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through each platform’s privacy settings.

- Marketing opt-out records: Retained indefinitely to honor your preferences and comply with CAN-SPAM and TCPA requirements.
- When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it securely through deletion or destruction of physical records.
