We are committed to being straightforward about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. • Account credentials: username and password if you create an online account
• Communications: messages, emails, texts, or voicemails you send us
• Reviews and feedback: ratings, comments, or testimonials you submit voluntarily

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

Service Providers

We work with third-party vendors who help us operate our business. These include:

• Field service management software to manage scheduling, routing, and service records

• Text messages: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and account activity. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Marketing texts and emails: We will only send promotional communications if you have affirmatively opted in. Opt-out instructions are included in every marketing message.
• We do not share your phone number or email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• Our text and email communications comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. If you believe you have received a communication in error, please contact us immediately.

• Autopay enrollment: When you enroll in autopay, your payment method is securely tokenized by our payment processor. We store only the token reference, the last four digits of your card, and the card type for your account records.
