These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at goenvirx.com, your enrollment in our SMS/text messaging program, and your use of any services offered by EnviRx Pest Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, scheduling services, or consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit your contact information to us.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a service quote, scheduling pest control services, or opting into our SMS messaging program, you confirm that you:

• Have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Consent to receive communications from us as described in Section 3 below
2. Services
EnviRx Pest Solutions provides residential pest control services in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area and surrounding regions. Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the terms of your individual service agreement. Nothing on our website constitutes a guarantee of service availability or pricing until confirmed in writing by our team.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to active customers.
3. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
3.1 Program Description
EnviRx Pest Solutions operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with current and prospective customers. Messages may include:
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Technician arrival windows and day-of notifications
• Post-service follow-up and re-service scheduling
• Payment receipts and billing notifications
• Service promotions, seasonal offers, and referral program details (marketing messages, opt-in only)
• Account updates and other service-related information
3.2 Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to EnviRx Pest Solutions — whether through our website, over the phone, or in person — and requesting or receiving services, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us at the number provided, including messages sent using an automated dialing system or pre-recorded voice, where applicable.
For marketing messages only, we will obtain your separate affirmative opt-in before sending promotional content. Consent to receive transactional messages (appointment reminders, service updates, billing notices) is a standard part of our service communication and does not require a separate marketing opt-in.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and account activity. Customers on recurring service plans can expect approximately 2–6 messages per service visit (e.g. reminder, day-of notification, and follow-up). Marketing messages, if you have opted in, are sent no more than 4 times per month.
3.4 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. Please note that opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional communications necessary to manage your active service account.

3.6 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. EnviRx Pest Solutions is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier related to text messages. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
3.7 Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available through all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from carrier issues.
3.8 Privacy of SMS Data
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties. 4. Website Use
You agree to use goenvirx.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:
• Use our website to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

5. Online Scheduling and Quotes
Service quotes provided through our website or over the phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on property conditions, pest type, and scope of service assessed during the initial inspection or service visit. A confirmed quote in writing from an EnviRx team member constitutes our pricing commitment.
Online scheduling is subject to availability. Appointment times are confirmed by our team via phone, email, or text message. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, technician availability, or other operational factors, and will provide advance notice whenever possible.
6. Payments and Billing
By enrolling in autopay or providing a payment method, you authorize EnviRx Pest Solutions to charge the payment method on file for services rendered in accordance with your service agreement. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.
Disputed charges must be reported to us within 30 days of the charge date. We are not responsible for bank fees, overdraft charges, or other fees incurred as a result of billing issues.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on goenvirx.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of EnviRx Pest Solutions or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
While we stand behind the quality of our pest control services, pest elimination and prevention results may vary based on property conditions, pest pressure, and customer cooperation with preparation and follow-up instructions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EnviRx Pest Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to EnviRx Pest Solutions for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EnviRx Pest Solutions, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our website or services, or your provision of inaccurate information.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
